1. General Information

Sugar Foot Treats is a home-based bakery operating under Mississippi Cottage Food Law. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Mississippi State Department of Health.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm an order unless otherwise agreed upon. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Sugar Foot Treats reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, all orders are considered final.

Custom and specialty orders may not be canceled once preparation has begun.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for arriving at the scheduled pickup time.
Late pickups may affect product quality.
Sugar Foot Treats is not responsible for damage after products have been released.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

6. Product Responsibility

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, customers assume full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and consumption. Sugar Foot Treats is not liable for damages caused by improper transportation, storage, or handling after delivery or pickup.

7. Custom Orders

We strive to match requested themes and designs as closely as possible. Because all items are handmade, slight variations in appearance, decoration, and color may occur. Exact replication is not guaranteed.

8. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will honor the agreed price at the time of booking.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Sugar Foot Treats reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, harassment, policy violations, or any other reason deemed necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sugar Foot Treats shall not be held liable for damages, illness, allergic reactions, or misuse of products.

By purchasing from Sugar Foot Treats, you agree to release the business from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
